Dates: Wednesdays, 10/18/17 – 11/15/17
Class begins on October 18 at 7:15pm. We will meet every Wednesday through graduation day on November 15. Class typically lasts 1 hour with plenty of time to ask questions after class is over for the day. Orientation will be held on October 17 at 7:15pm, a day before class starts, with Paige where she’ll cover the structure of the class, the equipment you will need, and she’ll be able to answer any questions you have or topics you wish to cover in class. Please leave your dog home for the orientation class.
For the rest of the classes we recommend bringing your dog, a 4-6ft leash (retractable leads are not allowed), a normal flat collar with tags, a front hooking harness (if you have one), soft training treats, and a treat pouch.
The cost of this class covers all 6 weeks of instruction for one dog. You’ll need to register each of your dogs separately if you wish to bring more than one dog to class. Also, if you plan to register more than one dog we require that you bring another handler with you such as a partner or spouse. We allow more than one handler per dog but no more than 2 people per dog and children under 12 are not allowed to attend class.
We require that your dog be up to date on all of their shots with the exception of Bordetella. Please e-mail us your shot records to firstname.lastname@example.org to complete your registration after you pay.
Class takes place at St PetersBARK Natural Pet Market. We require preregistration for our classes to save your spot. Unfortunately we can no longer accept day-of registration or offer refunds for your registration.
