All returns, exchanges, or refunds require a receipt (print or email) or for your contact and purchase information to be stored in our Point-of-Sale system. If you do not have a receipt and did not wish to enter your information in our system, we cannot process returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If your pet doesn’t love the food (kibble, canned, raw, freeze dried) you bought from us, you may return it within 10 days. We require either your e-mail or paper receipt plus any unconsumed portion of the food with the UPC intact and we will be glad to refund, exchange, or credit your purchase. If you don’t have the original bag or can of food including UPC, we cannot offer you a refund.
Any other non-food (including but not limited to: harnesses, collars, leashes, treats, chews, toys, etc) items may be returned in unopened, brand new completely unused, or unchewed condition within 10 days for store credit, exchange, or refund. We require these types of returns of wearable and non-wearable hard goods to be returned with all of their original packaging and tags in the exact same (not worn or used) condition as it was purchased.
For bowls, feeder toys, travel bowls, toys, chews, etc that have been used, we cannot take these items back for sanitary reasons (no exceptions). We reserve the sole discretion to determine if a product is in a condition to receive a refund or exchange. A good rule of thumb is: if you wouldn’t buy it as-is, then we can’t do a refund or exchange.
All sales are final on all classes, seminars, workshops, and events. Purchases may not be exchanged, refunded, or credited.
